Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive personal assistant to provide both administrative and personal support to a senior executive. This role is critical in ensuring daily operations run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and handling a variety of professional and personal responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a willingness to take on tasks of varying complexityfrom executive coordination to day-to-day personal support. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain an active and frequently changing calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Provide transportation for the executive to meetings, events, and appointments using a company vehicle Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and assist with follow-ups as needed Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and materials preparation Handle personal errands such as shopping, gift coordination, and appointment scheduling Support event coordination, including small gatherings, business functions, and personal events Maintain organization of office spaces and ensure supplies are stocked Assist with document preparation, filing, and general administrative support Track to-do lists and ensure priorities are executed in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the executive's vehicle, including scheduling maintenance Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing direct support to an executive or individual Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Professional demeanor with a proactive, "no task too small" mindset Additional Details: Hourly pay range: $24$26/hour, based on experience Opportunity for overtime Conversion salary range: $50,000$55,000 annually upon permanent hire Start date targeted within 2 weeks of offer This is an in-office position with travel between locations as needed Perks: Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership Dynamic and varied day-to-day responsibilities Long-term growth potential through contract-to-hire Exposure to both professional and executive-level operations Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
