Job Description Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to identify an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team in a permanent, full-time position.

In this role, you will support attorneys through a combination of case management, direct client communication, and litigation support in both federal and state courts. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative legal environment while supporting clients through complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of legal files and ensure key deadlines and milestones are met

Draft and organize legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

Assist attorneys with legal research, trial preparation, and assembling exhibits

Collaborate with internal team members across departments to gather information and maintain accurate case records

Participate in settlement preparation and documentation processes

Support federal and state court filings and related litigation tasks

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury or high-volume litigation environments

Experience with trial preparation and familiarity with federal and state legal procedures, including filings, discovery, and case tracking
