This is a commission-only role—perfect for an agent who wants additional deal flow, flexibility, and real transactions without the pressure of a full-time team environment. What This Role Looks Like: Represent buyers and/or sellers in the Greater Palm Springs area Handle showings, open houses, inspections, and on-the-ground client support Collaborate on transactions from contract to close Communicate professionally with clients, escrow, lenders, and other agents What We're Looking For: Knowledge of local neighborhoods, pricing, and market dynamics Strong communication skills and professional follow-through Self-motivated, reliable, and client-focused Comfortable working independently while collaborating as needed Why This Could Be a Great Fit: Commission paid on closed deals (clear, straightforward structure) Flexible schedule—ideal for agents building their business or supplementing income No cold-calling quotas or office politics Opportunity for ongoing collaboration if it’s a good fit How to Apply Send a brief intro about yourself, your license status, and your experience in the Palm Springs area.
