We’re looking for motivated, coachable agents who want real lead flow, real mentorship, and a clear path to production.
This is not for agents chasing flashy titles or desk-fee gimmicks. This is for agents who want opportunity and are willing to chase it.
About the Opportunity We are building high-performance agent environments across the Coachella Valley and along the I-10 corridor.

Lead Flow & Opportunities
Zillow leads are provided directly to agents
Typical volume is approximately 8–15 leads per agent per month
Leads go directly to the agent…not filtered through the team leader
Additional inbound and internal lead sources supplement Zillow
Who We’re Looking For We recruit based on mindset…not just past production.
This role is ideal for agents who are:
Entrepreneurial and self-driven
Coachable and open to feedback
Comfortable hearing “no”
Willing to pick up the phone and talk to people
Serious about follow-up and data hygiene
Text-only follow-up is not how we operate.
Phone conversations are expected.
Must live in Coachella Valley or be willing to commute daily.
Office & Cultural Environment
Physical office presence in the Coachella Valley
Weekly sales meetings
Direct leadership access
Accountable, collaborative environment
We are intentionally building a productive room…not just filling seats.
Compensation & Structure Independent contractor role affiliated with Pinnacle Realty Advisors.
Commission-based compensation…no base salary.
Lead splits are competitive and discussed after initial screening.
Membership Structure Agents maintain the standard Pinnacle Realty Advisors membership of $249 per month, which provides:
Local broker support for oversight and compliance
Transaction management and compliance review Pinnacle Realty Advisors nationwide support for all of your operational and accounting needs
Errors & Omissions coverage
This ensures agents have infrastructure behind every deal.
Location Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and surrounding markets along the I-10 corridor.

You follow leads consistently and professionally
You maintain clean CRM and follow-up activity
You show up prepared for weekly team meetings
You actively collaborate with leadership on pricing and negotiations
You treat every lead opportunity seriously
