Overview
The organization is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join its Learning & Development function. This role will focus on organizational development, performance management, and leadership programming, helping design and implement initiatives that strengthen workforce effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and team dynamics to identify development opportunities
Conduct needs assessments, focus groups, and employee feedback analysis to uncover performance gaps
Design and implement talent management frameworks and organizational interventions
Support performance management program design, rollout, and training initiatives
Assist with competency modeling and promotion framework development
Contribute to leadership and executive development programs
Design and manage employee surveys, including engagement and exit feedback
Partner across HR functions to ensure alignment and consistency of talent initiatives
Monitor program effectiveness and track outcomes through defined metrics
About You
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
5+ years
of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
Strong knowledge of performance management and leadership development methodologies
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Financial services experience preferred
