This role focuses on maintaining peak occupancy through strategic advertising, market research, high-impact property tours, and expert lead conversion. A successful candidate will serve as the primary brand ambassador for Cava Property Management, ensuring every prospective and current tenant receives professional, prompt, and courteous service.
