Overview Cyclotron is looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious Partner Alliance Manager to join our team. If you have experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem managing the Microsoft partner relationship, go to market alignment, and relationships with third party partners, this is the job for you. You will need a strong background of experience and skills and in partner business relationship management, go to market scale motions, analytics and reporting, event management and planning and excel at working in an entrepreneurial, result driven environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Microsoft & Partner focused position to drive sales and program alignment

Support Sales Organization by driving Microsoft Alignment, Programmatic Scale Motions and Field Co-sell alignment activities across vertical industries, programs and technology

Manage Microsoft Partner program requirements and eligibility to ensure alignment

Report on co-sell activity and forecast to senior management

Conduct weekly pipeline and alignment meetings and manage team co-sell activities

Create alignment and revenue growth opportunities with Cyclotron 3rd Party Partners

Plan and manage strategic alignment meetings and partner events

Required Skills Demonstrated success in an alliances or partner management role within an enterprise software or services sales environment

Experience working with strategic partners to drive co-sell sales alignment

Successful track record in a high volume sales environment

Excellent presentation and active listening skills

Experience with sales operations reporting and data analysis

Demonstrated ability to deliver business analytics reports and forecasts

Ability to work in a fast-growing, exciting entrepreneurial environment

Collaboration and good communication skills

Ability to travel as needed

Partner Alliance Manager Requirements And Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Alliance Manager or similar role

5+ years of experience in the Enterprise Software and/or Services Industry

Experience working with Microsoft Sales and/or Services

Experienced leveraging Microsoft D365 CRM Software

Sales Operations reporting and analysis experience

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Enthusiastic, passionate and determined to achieve success
