Overview We are hiring a driven and energetic

Business Development Manager

to join our outside sales team to generate and close new business. Once the project is sold, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on growing the relationship and creating referrals.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the large construction industry such as: new apartment complexes, hospitals, and high-rise buildings

Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers

Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry

Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to the client

Attend industry workshops, social gatherings, and networking events

Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Be a Rockstar

Qualifications

Sales, outside sales, or project management experience

Ability to perform independently

Driven and self-motivated

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
