A well-established and growing company is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand its presence in the commercial plumbing and HVAC space. This is a direct hire position offering base salary, commission, and full benefits.
About the Role: We?re looking for a motivated sales professional with a hunter mindset?someone who thrives on bringing in new business and building lasting client relationships. While the role includes HVAC, the primary focus will be on commercial plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across South Texas
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
Present plumbing and HVAC services in a consultative, solutions-based way
Understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions
Maintain strong follow-up and long-term client engagement
Meet or exceed sales goals with the support of a solid operations team
Ideal Candidate:
Proven success in outside sales, preferably within commercial plumbing and/or HVAC
Confident in cold-calling, networking, and developing new business
Knowledge of the South Texas commercial construction market is a plus
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Strong communication and client service skills
