Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Mesa, AZ. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and manage the clients' coverage needs. Responsibilities include policy analysis, ensuring accurate and timely renewals, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with insurance carriers. The role also involves preparing quotes, processing renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance, and building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to foster business growth. Qualifications
Experience in managing Commercial Lines insurance accounts and an understanding of policy terms and coverage options Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle large volumes of documentation and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships and teamwork Proficiency in insurance management systems and general office software Licensing in Property & Casualty Insurance is required; additional licenses or certifications are a plus Commitment to professional growth and providing exceptional customer service 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly within Commercial Lines, is preferred
