About the Role: Regional Sales Manager- Mid South
In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships within your designated region. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will leverage your core skills in negotiation, business development, and account management to achieve sales targets. Your premium expertise in B2B sales and technology sales will be essential in navigating complex markets. Additionally, your strong communication skills will enhance customer service and team collaboration, ensuring that our organization meets its strategic objectives and delivers exceptional value to clients. Responsibilities
Client Relationship
Management: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing clients across the U.S., primarily covering Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Expansion : Identify and capture business opportunities in the LED display market, focusing on expanding market penetration in assigned territories to achieve sales targets. Channel Partnerships : Collaborate with system integrators and distributors to expand market coverage and accelerate sales growth. Product Expertise & Support : Deliver professional product consultation and technical support for LED display solutions to fully address client requirements. Sales Strategy Execution : Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that strengthen market competitiveness and brand positioning. Target Achievement : Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, driving overall business growth for the company. Willing to travel up to 25% for domestic and international business trips. Qualifications
Extensive experience (3-5 years) in the LED display market, with a strong understanding of industry trends and competitive dynamics. Proven ability to identify market opportunities and execute successful sales plans. Strong client communication skills, capable of building long-term partnerships. Team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate across departments for business success. Results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving high-performance targets. Required Skills
