Role Description

Proficient interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client and team relationships Experience in customer support and customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally Ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through a customer-focused approach Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment Familiarity with financial or logistics services is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
