FDA-registered contract manufacturing organization
is seeking a
Senior Business Development Executive
to drive new partnerships with cosmetic, skincare, wellness, and OTC brands. This role focuses on developing client relationships, presenting manufacturing capabilities, and helping brands successfully bring products to market.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new brand and private-label manufacturing clients
Present manufacturing capabilities and regulatory standards to prospective partners
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, quality, and operations teams to support new product development
Manage client relationships and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications
3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (cosmetics, skincare, wellness, pharmaceutical, or contract manufacturing preferred)
Understanding of FDA/OTC compliance and manufacturing processes is a plus
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
