
Junior Partner Account Manager

What you will do
Run daily operations, schedule and lead reviews, document actions, and maintain plans, pipelines, and dashboards Create clear internal reports, process quotes and orders accurately, and use our systems to trackKPIsand milestones Coordinate hunting motions and joint development plans; track progress and celebrate outcomes Collaborate with senior partner managers to shape account strategies; monitor execution, **escalate** risks early, and drive corrective actions Propose enablement, workshops, campaigns, and joint marketing/dev activities that deepen partner engagement and deliver value Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities; prepare shortlists and support early evaluations Work with sales, product, professional services, marketing, support, and legal; support partner events and key trade shows Your profile
1 – 3 years in partner/account management, channel, sales ops, customer success, or project coordination Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills; comfort with CRM/reporting tools and order workflows Enthusiasm for 3D printing, a bias for action, grit, and ownership Bonus: exposure to industrial software, manufacturing, or additive ecosystems Hybrid work arrangement based in Plymouth, MI (USA): at least 2 days per week in the office for collaboration and stakeholder engagement, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Limited domestic travel to partners and events (approximately 10%) Location and type of contract
