Job Description The Service Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting client accounts and ensuring seamless service operations. This position acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating account activities, monitoring service performance, and ensuring all client needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities related to assigned client accounts

Maintain accurate account records and documentation

Communicate with clients to address inquiries and service requests

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery

Monitor account performance and assist in identifying improvement opportunities

Prepare reports and support account reviews

Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
