Our firm is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a private family seeking a full-time, live-in nanny with extensive infant and toddler care experience. This is a long-term opportunity within a well-structured household environment requiring professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
The ideal candidate is calm, developmentally knowledgeable, proactive, and experienced in supporting early childhood milestones within a private home setting.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable, professional nanny experience Strong background in infant and toddler care Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving children; vehicle provided Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass a comprehensive background check Verifiable professional references CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to start) Core Responsibilities
Full charge care for infant and/or toddler Maintaining consistent feeding, sleep, and developmental routines Planning structured, engaging, and educational activities Managing nursery organization and child-related inventory Children’s laundry and wardrobe management Preparing healthy meals and bottles Coordinating age-appropriate outings and activities Maintaining open communication with parents and household leadership Traveling with the family as needed Ensuring safety, discretion, and respect for household confidentiality at all times This position requires emotional maturity, flexibility, and the ability to operate within a high-standard private environment. Candidates should be organized, punctual, and aligned with long-term placement goals. Competitive compensation offered, commensurate with experience. Live-in accommodations provided.
