Job Description We have been providing our southern Nevada customers with an alternative source of premium beverages and stellar service since 2001. You’ll find our exciting portfolio of wines, spirits, and craft beers in fine restaurants, world-class casino resorts, and leading retailers throughout the Las Vegas valley.
This position has primary responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions within the Credit Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Authorize credit hold overrides of customer shipments and communicate order status
Coordinate and perform collection activity as needed for past due accounts.
Approve credit on customer accounts by managing applications, limits and payment terms
Manage the payment application and maintenance process
Research and reconcile bank statements to correct deposit errors
Facilitate customer adjustments and write-offs
Ensure returned checks are charged back to customer accounts; perform trend analysis and communicate results
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Business related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit functions
Excellent planning skills with the ability to manage and organize team work flow
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
AS400 experience preferred
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00/hour, DOE
