Job Description Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and supporting long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and driven by delivering outstanding service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts

Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments

Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Monitor account performance and ensure service expectations are met

Prepare account reports and documentation as required

Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Maintain accurate client records and update account information

Support onboarding processes for new clients
