to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting account management and service coordination.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
Assist customers with account inquiries, service information, and general support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain accurate client records and account documentation
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen client engagement
Provide clear and professional communication in all client interactions
Qualifications
