Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting account management and service coordination. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent client support while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction Assist customers with account inquiries, service information, and general support Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Maintain accurate client records and account documentation Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen client engagement Provide clear and professional communication in all client interactions Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Basic proficiency with computer systems and office tools Additional Information
