The Account Representative will work closely with internal teams to support client needs, maintain account activity, and contribute to the continued success of our services. Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients Provide accurate information about company services and solutions Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and service coordination Monitor account activity and ensure client needs are addressed promptly Collaborate with internal departments to support account objectives Maintain organized records of communications and account updates Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and engagement Qualifications
