Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an NQM Account Executive. The NQM Account Executive will work closely with brokers to develop and nurture relationships, identify lending solutions, and facilitate loan processes. Daily tasks include guiding brokers through Non-QM loan products, providing expert advice, and maintaining a strong understanding of ARDRI’s offerings and competitive pricing. As part of the team, the Account Executive will represent ARDRI’s commitment to fostering broker success with speed, precision, and excellent service. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Non-QM, Business Purpose lending programs, and products such as Bank Statement, DSCR, P&L Proficiency in building and maintaining effective relationships with brokers and other stakeholders in the mortgage industry Minimum monthly production volume of $2 Million Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills to drive partnerships and loan origination Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple accounts, and a results-driven mindset Familiarity with using technology-driven tools, including proficiency with lending and CRM platforms Clear, professional communication skills and a client-focused approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or relevant professional experience
