
Sales Development Supervisor

SUMMARY
We are seeking a driven Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in an on-site office environment. This role is responsible for managing daily SDR operations, driving outbound performance, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth aligned with company revenue goals. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, in‑office sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coach an on‑site team of Sales Development Representatives
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings set, SQLs, pipeline contribution)
Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, call reviews, and performance coaching sessions
Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure high‑quality lead handoff
Develop, test, and optimize outbound prospecting strategies and messaging
Ensure accurate CRM usage, reporting, and data hygiene
Analyze performance data and present reports to sales leadership
Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs
Foster a high‑performance, accountable, and collaborative in‑office sales culture
Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitors, and market opportunities
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
5-6 years of experience in sales or business development
1–3 years of experience managing or leading SDR or inside sales teams
Experience in cybersecurity, MSSP, SaaS, or technology sales preferred
Strong knowledge of outbound sales methodologies and pipeline development
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar)
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Strong analytical and performance management abilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
