Paragon Furniture is looking for an Account Specialist at our Arlington, TX location. The Account Specialist is a key member of the sales support team, focused on managing dealer accounts and end-user requests while ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role works in close partnership with the Sales Team to assist with orders, resolve service requests, and deliver proactive solutions that drive customer loyalty and deliver an exceptional experience. The Account Specialist acts as the operational backbone of the sales process—bridging communication between dealers, customers, and internal departments – Operations, Engineering, and Marketing.

Responsibilities Customer & Dealer Support

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with dealers, end-users, and partners at all times.

Respond promptly and accurately to customer and dealer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Proactively provide solutions for service requests, escalating issues when needed to ensure resolution.

Acknowledge, track, and resolve customer complaints, ensuring follow-through and communication.

Sales Team Partnership

Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support customer needs and territory growth.

Ensure seamless order management, including new dealer onboarding, order entry, and request fulfillment.

Partner with Account Managers to coordinate quotes, sample requests, and dealer communications.

Provide updates and insights to Account Managers and customers on order status, customer needs, and service issues.

Operational Excellence

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, orders, service requests, and complaints.

Order, prepare, and send color sample sets and marketing materials as needed.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and other departments to support dealer and end-user needs.

Support efficiency and accuracy in CRM entries related to orders, dealer accounts, and customer interactions.

Product & Market Knowledge

Maintain strong knowledge of existing and new product lines to provide accurate guidance and support.

Assist dealers and customers with questions and order requirements.

Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and customer needs through active participation in training and team meetings.

Customer Experience & Growth

Serve as a consistent and reliable point of contact for dealers and end-users, reinforcing long-term positive relationships.

Support marketing initiatives, dealer engagement campaigns, and other growth-focused activities.

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Qualifications

High School diploma required
