Territory Vice President, Sales - West Coast
LaserAway | Base Salary $160,000 – $210,000 + Bonus
Travel: Up to 90%
LaserAway, the nation’s leading aesthetic dermatology provider, is seeking a Territory Vice President to lead and scale one of our most important regions.
This is LaserAway’s most senior field leadership role, responsible for leading regional growth and performance across a multi-state territory. The Territory Vice President develops Regional Directors and ensures every clinic operates at the highest standard of revenue performance, leadership, and patient experience.
We are looking for a leader who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and knows how to translate strategy into measurable business results.
This role reports directly to the EVP of Sales and requires extensive travel across the territory.
What You’ll Own Territory Revenue & Financial Performance
Own revenue performance across the territory, including same-store growth and new clinic ramp performance
Drive revenue growth while maintaining disciplined control of labor costs and operating expenses
Partner with Finance and Sales Strategy leadership to forecast performance and address revenue gaps proactively
Translate market insights, revenue data, and performance trends into actionable territory strategies
Regional Director Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team of Regional Directors responsible for multi-unit clinic performance
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and leadership development sessions
Build a strong internal leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future Regional Director talent
Address performance gaps quickly with structured coaching and accountability
Market & Clinic Performance Maintain clear visibility into the health of every clinic in the territory
Monitor key performance indicators including revenue attainment, conversion rates, patient experience, and clinician utilization
Deploy targeted support to underperforming markets and ensure high-performing clinics continue to scale
Market Expansion & New Clinic Growth
Partner with Real Estate and executive leadership to identify and evaluate new market opportunities
Ensure new clinics launch successfully with strong leadership, staffing, and revenue ramp plans
Drive territory expansion while maintaining operational excellence across existing clinics
Champion LaserAway’s consultative, patient-first sales philosophy across every clinic
Ensure Regional Directors are actively coaching Location Directors on patient experience and revenue performance
Partner with CX leadership to address patient feedback and continuously improve the client experience
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to support territory performance
Align clinical execution with commercial goals to maximize both patient outcomes and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in high-end retail, healthcare, hospitality, or other consultative service industries
Proven track record leading large multi-site operations with full revenue and financial accountability
Experience developing senior field leaders and building high-performing organizations
Strong business judgment and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments
High comfort level with data-driven decision making and modern analytics tools
