
CRM Specialist

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and other owned channels. This role requires a data-driven thinker with strong organizational skills, a foundational understanding of CRM best practices, and the ability to balance personalization, performance, and speed-to-market.
The ideal candidate will help drive CRM excellence by partnering closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Analytics, and external platform partners to deliver engaging, revenue-driving customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and printed campaigns
Assist in building and maintaining automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, etc.)
Segment audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
QA campaigns and flows to ensure accuracy in content, targeting, and tracking
Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting on KPIs, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, and retention
Collaborate with creative, product, and eCommerce teams to align messaging with promotions and launches
Maintain CRM calendar and ensure timely deployment of campaigns
Support A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and revenue performance
Monitor list health, deliverability, and data hygiene best practices
Requirements/Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing
Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive
Familiarity with email and SMS best practices and segmentation strategies
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email editing (preferred but not required)
Experience in Shopify (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

This position is based in our El Segundo, CA headquarters, which is currently 40% hybrid onsite/remote work.
The expected base salary for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
