Content Marketing Manager
24 Seven Talent, Portland, OR, United States
Hybrid onsite Tues/Weds/Thurs
We are seeking a seasoned, hands‑on Content Marketing Manager to join a fast‑paced B2B technology marketing team. This is a contract‑to‑hire role designed to ensure the fit is right for both you and the company before conversion to full‑time. You’ll be an individual contributor who owns projects end‑to‑end rather than managing a team.
You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high‑impact content that supports North American marketing initiatives, a channel‑driven sales model, and growth in key vertical markets. Partnering closely with sales, product management, and marketing, you will translate complex display technologies into clear, compelling stories for both channel partners and end users.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with product launches, vertical markets, and go‑to‑market plans.
Create content across web, email, social, digital campaigns, video, sales tools, and thought leadership.
Build email campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and engage customers.
Enable channel partners with content and tools that support their sales and co‑marketing efforts.
Collaborate with sales to understand requests and turn them into effective collateral and campaigns.
Use analytics (in partnership with digital marketing) to measure and optimize content performance.
What You Bring
5+ years in B2B technology marketing.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts.
Experience developing content for both channel and end‑user audiences and by industry vertical.
Background with email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM (e.g., Pardot and Salesforce).
Basic Adobe skills (InDesign, Photoshop) to adapt content into existing templates.
Strong project management, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and comfort with a fast pace.
Flexible, collaborative, low‑ego mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
