Job Summary This individual is responsible for supporting the joint venture partner in Mexico with daily account management and sales operation tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist to develop & grow joint venture business in Mexico Region to reach sales target & ensure the implementation of sales strategy
Collect & Comply with Sell-in, Sell-out and stock report on monthly basis
Assortment Analysis & provide recommendations
Monitor in season sell through with reorder potential
Follow up purchase orders and working closely with customer services & logistics team
Support the management & coordination of customer appointments during sales campaigns, e.g. sample arrangement, preparing business updates and collection material, presenting new collections, order entry, etc.
Prepare regular regional market research, e.g. product needs, competitors’ activities, pricing, sales, market trends, distribution, etc.
Provide joint venture partner with product knowledge, visual guidelines & seasonal trainings
Develop strong client relationships & communication
Carry out administrative tasks including but not limited to placing and processing orders, specialized pricing confirmation, sending order confirmations, supporting the Logistics team by monitoring the shipping process, and supporting the Finance team by following up on payments
Preparing pitches, proposals and other materials for different regions and markets leads
Any ad hoc projects
Requirements (skills, qualifications, education, etc)
Degree holder in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in wholesale within the fashion industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong Excel skills and numerical sense.
Ability to multitask and work in a hands‑on environment
Spanish speaker is preferred due to the Mexico Joint Venture
Understands logistics basics for international clients with complex
