Residential New Development Leasing Manager

Exciting opportunity as a full-time on-site Leasing Manager working directly for our developer client in what will be South Brooklyn's marquee new development launch of 2026. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing leases, lease administration, residential leasing, providing exceptional client services, and assisting with marketing reporting. This project will have overs 300 residential units with an unparelleled amentiy suite, all in a 24 story tower with sweeping views over Bay Ridge, Sunset Park, and the New York Harbor.
Qualifications
Leases, Lease Administration, and Property Management skills Prior management of New Development leasing projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Experience with residential leasing processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in Excel or Sheets Experience working with 3rd party real estate advertising platforms Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus Base salary plus commission. Must have at least 3 years experience in leasing and management of luxury new development. Must hold a current NYS real estate license.
