Role Description Overland Properties is seeking a part-time Leasing Agents for a position in the greater Cleveland area. The Leasing Agent will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing lease agreements, coordinating tenant applications, conducting residential property tours. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer service, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring seamless lease administration processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing processes.
Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional tenant support and resolve inquiries effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Cleveland's rental market is a plus.
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
