Role Description We are seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to join our team. This on-site role is based in New Berlin, WI, and involves supporting property management activities. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, managing lease agreements, assisting with lease administration, addressing resident inquiries, and maintaining positive tenant relationships. The candidate will also contribute to maintaining a welcoming and professional environment within the properties. Qualifications Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration Experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing Strong Customer Service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with real estate regulations and standards is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property leasing or management are a plus
