Leasing Consultant The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property Leasing and Administration: Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.

Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including appointments, lead generation, tours, unit maintenance, and follow‑up.

Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in.

Assist with lease audits, walk‑throughs, and turn process.

Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours.

Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals.

Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.

Assist in developing resident retention programs such as functions, promotions, and newsletters.

Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units.

Marketing & Outreach: Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and outreach, review market surveys to generate ideas, and formulate plans.

Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey reports.

Customer & Resident Relations: Manage excellent customer service, monitor service‑request turnaround, and maintain consistent policies as delegated by the supervisor.

Education / Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Basic computer skills and understanding of onsite software functions.

Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

Move about regularly to accomplish tasks, communicate, and repeat motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.

Frequently ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and similar equipment while standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

Occasionally move objects up to 25 lbs, operate machinery or vehicles, work overtime, weekends, nights, in various temperatures, outdoor environments, and hazardous conditions.

Salary Range : $0 per hour to $0 per hour
