In this role, you will lead the development of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals for various clients by reviewing RFQs/RFPs, drafting narratives, and coordinating inputs from project managers and engineers. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have over 3 years of experience in proposal creation, including familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
