Job Details The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for growing revenue and increasing market visibility through a combination of direct sales, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives. This role bridges technical understanding with commercial execution, partnering closely with engineering and leadership to drive new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and relationship development.
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, quoting, proposals, negotiation, and close.
Work closely with engineering to understand product capabilities and position solutions effectively.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives including website content, email campaigns, product materials, and case studies.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
Track sales activity and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, reinforcing long-term relationships.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or marketing, preferably within electronics, industrial technology, or hardware-based products.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating or managing marketing content and campaigns.
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a small‑team environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or events.
