New Key Account Coordinators are expected to be in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the first 3 months. After onboarding, employees within a 50-mile radius are expected to be in-office at least two days per week (Tuesday + Wednesday or Thursday). Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Denver.

Job Details As a Key Account Coordinator (KAC), you will serve as a critical liaison between customers and storage partners, ensuring seamless coordination of new and existing leases. This is a customer-facing, operations-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys solving problems in real time.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate new and existing storage leases nationwide

Communicate daily with enterprise clients and storage providers via phone and email

Source storage solutions that meet customer business requirements

Manage and prioritize support tickets through Freshdesk

Send proposals, secure units, and facilitate access updates

Track and document all activity within CRM and project management systems (Monday.com, WA Infocenter, Freshdesk)

Troubleshoot issues and elevate when necessary

Collaborate closely with the Key Account and Operations teams

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in customer service, account coordination, leasing, or similar client-facing roles (recent grads encouraged to apply)

Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas preferred)

Experience using cloud-based project management tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
