
Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive inside sales efforts. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships for long-term success. You will leverage CRM tools to track sales activity, optimize client interactions, and contribute to business expansion. Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct inside sales, including cold calling, emailing, appointment setting, follow-ups, and proposal delivery. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long‑term revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve client retention. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills
