Account Manager

Now Hiring: Account Manager We are looking for a strategic and experienced Account Manager to oversee key client relationships while also playing a critical role in driving inside sales and business growth. In this role, you will work with high-value accounts, provide exceptional client service, and actively contribute to revenue generation through consultative selling and account expansion. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or CRM system Generate accurate and timely sales quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines Collaborate with the sales team, product managers, and other departments to ensure quotes reflect current product offerings and pricing structures Follow up on open quotes to assist in closing opportunities Maintain and update records of quotes, pricing, and customer interactions in the CRM system Identify and qualify sales leads and schedule meetings for the outside sales team when appropriate Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support ongoing sales efforts Support order processing and work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams Qualifications: Proven experience in account management or client success, with leadership responsibilities within industrial and/or distribution companies Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-profile accounts Valid driver's license (for client travel, if applicable) This is a high-impact role suited for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
