Typical Daily Duties:

Handling incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and logging information into a CRM or ERP Supporting independent sales representatives and partners with product, pricing, and warranty information Processing quotes, purchase orders, and warranty calls to ensure timely resolution Communicating across departments to align with service standards and policies Applying Lean tools to identify waste and improve process flow What We're Looking For:
