Job Title: Customer Account Representative (Temp to Hire)
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Shift: 1st Shift
Summary
The Customer Account Representative (CAR) is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for managing orders, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and supporting demand forecasting. This role ensures excellent customer service while coordinating with internal teams like planning, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer purchase orders in ERP (SAP)
Prepare and deliver quotations and related documentation
Handle customer inquiries via email/phone as main point of contact
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, forecasting, and order management
Monitor customer portals, pricing, lead times, and contracts
Support demand planning and production forecasting
Resolve customer issues (delivery, warranty, order discrepancies)
Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce) and track customer metrics
Assist senior account reps and support cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2+ years of relevant experience
2+ years in customer service preferred
Experience with SAP, Salesforce/CRM, and MS Office
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
