Job Description for Creator Campaign Manager role: Role Overview We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven

Campaign Manager

to lead creator marketing campaigns end-to-end. In this role, you’ll own campaign strategy, timelines, creator performance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns deliver strong results for brand partners—especially under fast-moving TikTok and TikTok Shop timelines.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple campaigns at once, and knows how to drive both creators and internal teams toward clear outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage creator campaigns on

TikTok & TikTok Shop

from planning through wrap-up

Own campaign strategy, deliverables structure, and execution plan to hit performance goals

Build and manage campaign timelines, tracking systems, and operational workflows

Manage creator pipeline: outreach strategy, onboarding, negotiation coordination (as needed), and ongoing communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, agencies, and key creators

Review creator content submissions and guide revisions to ensure alignment with briefs, compliance, and performance best practices

Monitor live campaign performance and proactively optimize: creator mix, posting schedule, content direction, and escalation management

Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (creator team, influencer team, ops, finance) to ensure smooth delivery

Maintain organized reporting, campaign documentation, and post-campaign analysis

Oversee post-campaign wrap: performance recap, learnings, and payment coordination

Help improve internal playbooks and scalable processes as the company grows

Who We’re Looking For

Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail

Confident communicator with creators, agencies, and brand stakeholders

Analytical and metrics-minded; comfortable discussing results and performance drivers

Proactive problem-solver who can handle ambiguity and tight deadlines

Collaborative leader who can direct others without being overly rigid

Familiarity with influencer/creator marketing, TikTok trends, and TikTok Shop is a strong plus

Requirements

1–5 years

of experience in creator/influencer marketing, campaign management, partnership marketing, or related roles

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with external partners (brands, creators, agencies)

Proficiency in

Lark, spreadsheets , and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, etc.)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite setting

Bonus: experience driving

TikTok Shop

outcomes (affiliate, product seeding, conversions) and performance reporting
