Title - Marketing Assistant/Specialist II
Duration - 6+ months
Pay - $30 to $35/hr on W2 (depends on experience)
Description: Key Responsibilities
Materials Updates & Asset Management
Audit all existing Career Choice collateral including sites, A to Z videos, wiki content, and Fast Signs merchandise.
Create master tracking document of all assets requiring updates.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
Implement updates across all touchpoints.
Manage version control and approval workflows.
Creative Development & Execution
Update training and onboarding materials.
Refresh A to Z tutorial videos including graphics, lower thirds, and end cards.
Redesign wiki content templates and visual elements.
Update Fast Signs merchandise designs.
Create templated assets for scalability.
Template Library Development
Build out templates including posters, one-sheets, and success story templates.
Create modular design system for future collateral needs.
Document usage guidelines for each template.
Success Story Coordination
Coordinate with facilities for shoot locations and logistics.
Source and schedule employee participants for casting.
Manage participant releases and documentation.
Coordinate with agencies on shoot execution.
Additional Projects & Tasks
Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Provide project management and creative execution support for emerging priorities.
Adapt to evolving program needs and workstream requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in marketing project management or creative production.
Equal parts project management capabilities and creative proficiency.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Experience managing creative projects and agency relationships.
Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe Express.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
