
Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Dept. is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution, local content creation, outreach, and account management.
This role requires someone local to Western Colorado. In-person collaboration, client interaction, and local content capture are part of the position.
You will work closely with the Directors, Account Managers, and Creative Team to help move strategy into execution across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Support
Assist with email marketing campaigns Support local content creation (short-form video, simple photo shoots, social capture) Repurpose content across channels Upload and format website content Coordinate creative asset handoff for campaigns Monitor and identify relevant RFP opportunities Track submission deadlines and requirements Help gather materials and organize proposal components Assist with outreach initiatives, including email and occasional mailers Help manage and organize contact lists Track basic performance metrics Account & Client Support
Participate in client calls and take notes Send recap emails and follow-ups Gather assets and approvals Traffic & Project Management
Maintain project management systems Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables Follow up internally to prevent bottlenecks Prepare materials for internal and client review Reporting & Operations
Pull basic analytics and performance data Compile reports Maintain organized digital file systems Qualifications
2–5 years of marketing, communications, or agency experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable drafting emails and light copy Ability to capture simple video and photo content Familiarity with email platforms, social tools, Google Workspace, and project management systems Bonus
