Harnham is partnering with a leading independent media planning and analytics agency to hire a Paid Search SEM Strategist. This agency is recognized for its data driven approach to media strategy and performance optimization, supporting well known brands across multiple industries.
They are expanding their Paid Media team and are seeking a hands on SEM specialist who can independently manage accounts and drive measurable results.
The Role
Hands on keyboard position managing paid search campaigns from strategy through execution
Direct client interaction including presenting performance updates and recommendations
Ownership of campaign performance with minimal day to day oversight
Opportunity to manage multiple accounts or a larger single account depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize Paid Search campaigns across:
Google Search
Google Display Network
Search Ads 360
Skai or Marin
YouTube
Monitor budgets, pacing, and key performance indicators
Identify and implement optimization opportunities
Develop reporting and deliver insights to clients
Operate independently and take full accountability for assigned accounts
Requirements
Five plus years of Paid Search experience, agency experience preferred
Strong execution background. This is not a strategy only role
Hands on experience running YouTube campaigns
Comfortable presenting to clients and communicating with stakeholders
Experience managing budgets and performance metrics
Highly detail oriented with a proactive mindset
