Job Summary The Influencer Marketing Manager will build and lead our influencer program from the ground up for a multi-location plastic surgery brand. This person will own the full lifecycle: strategy, creator research and outreach, deal negotiation, campaign execution, compliance, and performance reporting—turning influencers into a predictable growth channel.

Program Strategy & Build‑out

Designs the influencer marketing strategy, program structure, and operating cadence (always‑on + campaign‑based).

Builds the influencer pipeline process: discovery, vetting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content planning, posting, reporting.

Defines creator tiers, offer structures, content packages, and pricing benchmarks.

Establishes program guidelines, brand voice, creative guardrails, and approval workflows.

Influencer Discovery & Vetting

Researches, identifies, and qualifies influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) aligned with aesthetic interests and target audiences.

Evaluates creators on audience quality, engagement, geography, brand fit, content style, and reputational risk.

Maintains a database/CRM of creators, rates, performance history, and communication status.

Outreach, Negotiation & Contracting

Leads outreach and relationship‑building with creators and talent managers/agencies.

Negotiates deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting/paid amplification, FTC disclosures, timelines, and compensation.

Coordinates contracting and ensures deliverables and terms are clear and enforceable.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Translates marketing goals into creator briefs, content concepts, and posting schedules.

Manages content review, revisions, approvals, and publishing coordination.

Coordinates with internal teams (brand, paid media, social, compliance, clinic/location teams) to ensure smooth execution.

Manages product/service logistics, appointments, travel expectations if applicable, and creator experience (white glove coordination).

Measurement & Optimization

Tracks performance against KPIs: reach, engagement, clicks, leads, booked consults, CPA/CPL, and ROI.

Builds reporting dashboards and post‑campaign readouts with insights and next‑step recommendations.

Runs tests (creator tiers, angles, offers, hooks, formats) and optimizes based on results.

Compliance & Brand Safety (healthcare/aesthetics)

Ensures all influencer content follows FTC disclosure rules and internal guidelines.

Partners with legal/compliance on claims language, before/after content standards, and patient privacy considerations.

Vets creators for brand safety, reputational risk, and content history.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Leads and develops Marketing Team to achieve company goals and objectives in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Skills/Abilities

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity (building from zero).

Excellent communicator with a polished relationship‑first approach.

Strong negotiation skills with creators and agencies; comfortable handling contracts and rights discussions.

Strong creative instincts (knows what content will perform on TikTok/IG).

High judgment around brand safety and sensitive topics.

Ownership mindset: treats influencer as a measurable growth channel, not just “social.”

Operationally strong: can build process, manage multiple campaigns, and hit deadlines consistently.

Data‑driven: able to report on performance and optimize based on metrics.

Education and Experience

3–6+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social performance marketing (agency or in‑house).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience building or scaling an influencer program end‑to‑end.

Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or regulated consumer marketing.

Familiarity with FTC guidelines, content usage rights, whitelisting, and paid amplification.

Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance outcomes.

Comfort collaborating with clinicians/medical teams and multi‑location stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 10–20 pounds at times.
