Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience). Performance Incentives: Commission on sales growth and incentive for new account acquisition.
Position Overview Mighty Distributing is expanding its professional automotive chemical and service solutions (VS7) program and is seeking a Fixed Operations Trainer & Sales Specialist to support growth across dealership and independent repair accounts. The primary focus of this role is implementing chemical service programs, training advisors and technicians, and driving measurable improvements in service penetration and fixed‑ops performance.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and support chemical service programs within assigned accounts
Conduct in‑store advisor and technician training
Monitor and improve service penetration rates
Partner with service managers to improve program effectiveness
Develop internal promotional initiatives
Track and report performance metrics
Support account retention and long‑term growth
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years automotive fixed operations experience (advisor, technician, parts, service manager, or sales representative)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in‑store with technicians and advisors
Self‑motivated and performance‑driven
Ability to track metrics and drive accountability
MUST HAVE: Valid driver's license with clean driving record
