Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced IP Litigation Specialist to join their Houston office. This is an exceptional career opportunity with an AmLaw100 firm offering exposure to sophisticated intellectual property litigation matters and cutting‑edge legal technology in a dynamic, fast‑paced practice environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of IP litigation specialist or paralegal experience in a large law firm setting
Comprehensive knowledge of intellectual property rules and procedures
Experience with case management systems and litigation workflows
Strong organizational and communication skills
Core Responsibilities
Support complex IP litigation matters from inception through trial
Maintain secondary dockets and upload communications and documents to docketing and DMS systems
Prepare and circulate reporting letters to clients and outside counsel
Draft and transmit legal documents and correspondence via electronic filing and other methods
Assist with review database setup, data archiving, and analysis of litigation data
Conduct quality checks on document productions
Assist with litigation timeline calculations
Coordinate client estimates, accruals, and the invoicing process
