Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This role is integral to the mission of building strong relationships with the clients and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing small to mid-market accounts, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a commitment to integrity and continuous learning. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office and remote work.
Compensation Package
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business totaling over $3 million in premium, divided alphabetically among team members.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle a variety of accounts, including manufacturing, clubs, country clubs, and other industries.
Collaborate with team members in a flexible environment to deliver exceptional client service.
Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, including Cincinnati, Travelers, Grange, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Chubb, and Hartford.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role managing commercial lines accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong integrity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Location: Must be based in Ohio, with a preference for candidates in metro areas such as Cincinnati.
