Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a balanced portfolio of Commercial and Personal Lines accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and ensuring smooth policy management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both remotely and onsite.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $75,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of business, including construction, property/real estate, property management, habitational, and lessor's risk accounts.
Handle new business (20%) and renewal business (80%).
Manage marketing, renewals, endorsements, ID cards, audits, underwriting requests, and certificates.
Collaborate with producers and assistants to ensure seamless client service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Experience:
5+ years in a similar role preferred (open to candidates with less experience depending on qualifications).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Cultural fit with a mid-sized agency environment.
Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Strong client relations and development skills.
