Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including generalist, construction, and contractor accounts, ranging from small to large market clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package
Salary Range : $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + 20% commission on new business
Work Schedule : Hybrid work model available after 6 months of proven performance (2 days remote per week)
Training Period : Comprehensive training for 3-6 months, tailored to the candidate's experience level

Responsibilities
Manage a Colorado-based book of business, servicing accounts from A to Z
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
Protect the best interests of clients and partners
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience : 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred (will consider candidates with less experience if highly qualified)
Technical Skills : Familiarity with Epic software is a plus

Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to plan and execute tasks effectively
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
