Compensation Package
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience and book size)
401(k): 4% company match
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Work Environment: Fully in-office position at Tempe, AZ location
Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of business, including small to mid-sized accounts with premiums of $50,000 or more.
Collaborate with producers to provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
Handle all aspects of the client lifecycle, including cross-selling and maintaining strong client relationships.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in commercial lines; 3-5 years preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
